First and for most the staff here are absolutely amazing! They were very kind, friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. It did take a very long time for my food to come out but that’s ok considering the entire experience. I got the sea food plate and let me tell you perfection. Give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.

This place was amazing. My family of four ( a 6 and 12 year old) LOVED it. The bread was delicious. The chicken Cesar salad is the BEST the dressing is not a traditional Cesar. The pizza was thin, and the sauce was sweet. The cheesecake was creamy. My favorite part of the whole meal was the salad, even though the pizza is great. The wait staff was super quick and attentive.

Very accommodating when i had a bad reaction to an ingredient that was not their fault. Pepperoni bread was good. The waiters were attentive and we got a table around 7:30pm on a Friday night. It seemed like the kind of place locals would go to.

We stopped in for a cocktail at the bar. We had great service. The only place in town that serves actual espresso martini (not from a can) The bartender brought us some of the complimentary house bread with cheese and marinara. Delicious! Need to visit for dinner.

Great hidden gem in Escondido. JR gave us fantastic customer service. We all loved our dishes. I got the lemon chicken and it was so delicious. My vegetarian girlfriend got the eggplant parmigiana, she loved it. Our 3rd friend got the sausage and peppers and she love it too. We had wine with our dinner, JR brought us a great wine. Too notch service, all the way around. We will be back for sure. The free garlic bread with marinara was addictive.

We did Take Out and it was our first time trying their food and let me tell you, it's DELICIOUS! I'm a big fan of raviolis; every italian place I visit, that's my meal, always. I requested Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and meatballs sauce, no regrets; it was so cheesy, so warm, so perfect. The lasagna was really good too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Welcome to Dominic's, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Escondido, California, at 113 E Grand Ave. This culinary haven brings a taste of Italy to the local dining scene, offering an authentic menu bursting with flavor and quality. With a focus on fresh ingredients and generous portions, Dominic's has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

What truly sets Dominic's apart is its diverse menu, which spans from delectable salads to mouthwatering pasta and pizza. Allow me to guide you through some of the highlights:

  • Salads: The Small Caesar is a delightful classic, featuring romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons tossed in a house-made Caesar dressing, all for just $8.00. For something heartier, try the traditional Antipasto salad, rich in flavors and variety, priced at $18.00.
  • Pasta: Those craving comfort food should not miss the Fettuccine Alfredo, a creamy blend of cream, butter, and romano cheese for $20.00, or the Marinara Sauce that is as zesty as it is memorable at $18.00. For a splash of spring, the Primavera showcases seasonal vegetables in a delightful sauce for $21.00.
  • Pizza: Heartily recommended is the Works Pizza, available in various sizes, with toppings like pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and more, starting from $18.00 for medium. Each slice is an adventure, delivering a perfect combination of flavors.

But don't just take my word for it. Patrons rave about the meticulous attention to detail and outstanding service. Kevin Leak highlights the "great sausage and mushroom pizza" and the "excellent service" that enhances his dining experience. Likewise, Andre praises the staff's friendliness and the perfection of his seafood plate—even with a slight wait for his meal, he found it well worth the anticipation.

For families, Dominic's is a welcoming space. A review from Mustard Seed Christian School emphasizes how the entire family loved the meals, particularly the chicken Caesar salad, which offers a twist on traditional flavors that keeps diners coming back for more.

All in all, Dominic's isn't just about the food; it's about the entire dining experience—comfortable seating, a nice atmosphere, and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your visit memorable. Whether you're gathering for a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion, Dominic's provides a hearty welcome and a menu that warms the soul.
